I had gastric bypass surgery in 2004. I have since lost 160 pounds and discovered a love for good food. I have always cooked, but the flavors and quality or the food have become much more important to me. Since moving to Washington state in 2006 I have discovered the wonderful treasures of Northwest. Washington and Oregon have some wonderful wines!! I had never enjoyed fish like I do now and am always looking for new recipes. I would love to open my own restaurant someday.
