I did not instantly love these. But after they cooled they tasted better. I assume that was something about the tartness of the cherries. These are great for PB&J lovers. I substituted Raspberry Jam and omitted the refrigeration step. It was not necessary and the cookies did not spread while baking.

Reviewed Parmesan-Pepper Balls

These are disturbingly good! If I'm not careful I could eat half the batch. I made them exactly to recipe and did not need to add lemon extract. That may make it too lemony.
