Reviewed Dried Cherry and Almond Biscotti

"I did not instantly love these. But after they cooled they tasted better. I assume that was something about the tartness of the cherries. I doubled the almonds which probably made them a little bit more crumbly so next time I will add an extra egg. I will recommend that you chop the cherries before adding them to the batter. When slicing the biscotti a lot of the cherries got pulled out. Chopped cherries will be spread around better and less likely to be pulled out.

Reviewed Sunny's Holiday PB and J Thumbprints

"These are great for PB&J lovers. I substituted Raspberry Jam and omitted the refrigeration step. It was not necessary and the cookies did not spread while baking.

Reviewed Parmesan-Pepper Balls

"These are disturbingly good! If I'm not careful I could eat half the batch. I made them exactly to recipe and did not need to add lemon extract. That may make it too lemony. I don't know that I would call them parmesan pepper balls. You know how people turn their noses up to something new! I'll probably just call them lemon shortbread. You would only know there was parmesan or pepper in the recipe if someone told you they were there.
