Reviewed Herbed Pork Paillards with Sundried Tomato Butter and Asparagus

"Very good. I followed the receipe but think it could have used more salt and pepper, I was afraid of overseasoning so I think I put too little, but nothing that couldn't be fixed at the dinner table. The butter was easy to make and was very tasty. I didn't have grapeseed oil, forgot to add that on my list for the store, so I used olive oil. I would make this again. I'm not a great cook but Chef Robert inspires me all the time.

About Me

I am a single mother of two children.  I'm always on the go, practices, scouts, work, etc.  I'm always looking for delicious recipes my kids will love.  I've found it's very hard to serve the healthy meals I would prefer to serve my kids with limited time frame and budget. I do the best I can.  I don't like microwave or frozen foods.  I always try to cook them an acutal meal.  My son eats like a bird and complains about every meal I prepare.  My daughter will try anything and likes most of what I cook. I love comfort food.  I think cheese makes everything better.  I can follow any reciepe but can't modify recipes till I have made them a few times and decide what I want to modify.
