I love this!!!! I used a metal baking sheet and sprayed it with a baking spray to help me get the outside crispy. Loved the flavor and texture. The second time I made this I added cayenne pepper for some extra heat...very very good. The third time I added a little Cinnamon...very good also. Thanks Paula. ""

Wonderful!!!! I looked through the other reviews and found 2 posts to be helpful. I took the pork and rotated the sides to crisp the bacon. Put the pork into the oven for 9 minutes. The oven browned the edges of the bacon perfectly and gave it a little extra crisp. The next time I will add more shallots...I found them to be great in the sauc...

Delicious!!! LOVE IT!!! I am not a huge mushroom fan so I added broccoli in place of some of the mushrooms. Not sure if everyone would like it, but I loved it. I added the broccoli a few minutes after the mushrooms so they would still have a bite to them...Just a recommendation. Thanks Giada. ""
