Reviewed Chocolate-Strawberry Crepes

"Wow! This recipe is awesome! I made it the same day I saw Giada make the crepes. I did 2 things differently: made the crepes without the cocoa powder in the batter, and used only 1/2 to 3/4 cup strawberry jam. Glad I did cause it was plenty sweet. I suggest tasting it after 1/2 cup of jam has been added. I noticed the brand of strawberry jam she "

Reviewed Warm French Lentils

"Very good dish. I was forced to make changes, however because I couldn't find French green lentils I used regular green lentils. Didn't have turnip either. Per other reviewers I reduced salt to 1 TSP. of Morton's kosher salt and it's just right. Perhaps if I followed Zereh's recommendation of a different brand of Kosher salt I may have used the re"

Reviewed Coq Au Vin

Reviewed Homemade Granola Bars

"Excellent bars. First time I made them I spread too thin and they were too hard. I followed other reviewers' suggestions the second time I made them, and they were much better. I cut the butter to 2 TB. and added 3- 4 TB peanut butter to the boiling mixture. I also replaced the wheat germ with equal amount ground flax. For the fruits I used only 1 cup raisins. I don't have the right sized pan, so I cut parchment to 8" x 12" and fit mixture to that. Also, only baked 15 min. per other reviewers' suggestions. They turned out more moist and chewy.
