Reviewed Deconstructed Cannoli Chips and Dip
"I went further than soft peaks and still ended up with a soupy, bland dip. This should essentially be cannoli filling in a bowl since you are dipping and the addition of cream ruins the flavor and consistency. I wish the food network put a fraction of the effort into their recipes that Cooks Illustrated does so I didn't waste time and money."
