“totally wonderful. I made this for some friends and we all loved it. I doubled the recipe so I had some leftovers (totally planned. We sauteed some onions and peppers to add to the meat and it was still wonderful! Will make this again. Oh and the Pico de Gallo salsa was out of this world!
