About Me

I am a Southern girl (woman) who loves to cook southern style/soul food. I learned to cook from my mother and my grandmother. My fondest memories are of growing up and having Sunday dinner at my grandmothers with about 20 family members.

I would cook more often, but I have to watch my gluten and calories so I eat light and try to cook some good foods on Sundays when the kids can help eat it.
