Reviewed Grilled Pizza with Hot Sausage, Grilled Peppers and Onions and Oregano Ricotta

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING RECIPE! SO DELICIOUS! Any of you have extra veggies and ricotta mixture once you assembled your pizzas? I found a great way to use all the leftover products that didn't make it on the pizzas. For the extra ricotta mixture, use it for baked lasagna! Then, use the leftover grilled veggies on top of a crisp romaine salad with Itali""

Reviewed Grilled Pizza with Hot Sausage, Grilled Peppers and Onions and Oregano Ricotta

"Seriously delicious! It is a little time consuming, but absolutely worth every minute. I was skeptical about the ricotta mixture, but it definitely made the pizza taste even better! (we tried one without the ricotta and basil oil) My grocery store only had bulk sausage, no links - so I browned it in a skillet and got it nice and brown and crispy -""

Reviewed Berry Trifle

"YUMMY! Couldn't find lemon curd at the store, so used lemon pie filling instead. Tasted so bright and sunny! Added lemon zest and extra juice to the cream/curd mixture - definitely needed that punch of lemon. My whole family enjoyed it - it's very hard not to take a second helping!"

Reviewed Toasted Israeli Couscous Salad with Grilled Summer Vegetables

"SO DELICIOUS! I eliminated the squash b/c my husband doesn't like it; also added grilled red onion. I would make this again in a heartbeat! Absolutely fantastic - can't say enough of how good it is. It soaks up the flavor overnight and gets better and better as the days go on!"

Reviewed Poquito and Grande: Taquitos and Burritos

"I made the taquitos and they were yummy! I added some monterey jack cheese inside and that gave it some nice moisture that I think they needed. Flavor was great. I served them with a tomatillo salsa, sour cream, and guacamole .... tasted awesome dipped in the sauces!"

Reviewed Chocolate Toffee Trifle

"Absolutely fantastic! The coffee liqueur makes the cake so moist - and it doesn't taste like alcohol. I made the cake in two 9-in round pans .... then you can slice the cakes in half and they fit perfectly in the trifle dish!!! It makes for a beautiful presentation. Make sure you cool the fudge before assembling the layers. I ended with the whipped cream on top with the crushed Heath bars and a sprig of mint .... gorgeous :) My family went nuts over it!!

Reviewed Peppercorn Chicken with Lemon Spinach

"Delicious! Packed with a lot of flavor. I used white wine in the sauce - and it really complimented the shallots and dijon mustard. The chicken came out very flavorful and very moist. I added a little bit more broth to the sauce because it reduced a little too thick for my liking - but everything was delicious!
