"This is the best turkey we have ever made! We used a turkey breast and placed the lemons, lemon juice, onions, and fresh rosemary between the skin and breast meat because of the lack of a cavity. I also added some roughly chopped rosemary to the butter rub, as well as using kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. We cook the breast side down and flip the last 30 min. It was so easy, and tasted awesome. The flavor was there throughout the meat. Will definitely use this again next year. Thanks!
