My Activity

Reviewed Buffalo Chicken Dip

"Made this for super bowl and it was a huge hit. However, I can't leave any recipe alone, so I added grated onion to the mix, and a little mayonnaise because I thought it was a little thick. Other than that---it was more popular than the hummus."

Reviewed Roast Chicken Enchilada Suizas Stacked Casserole

"I have made this twice and the family loved it. Of course I am one of those who can't leave well enough alone and have to put my own stamp on dishes. Therefore, I added some onion, cumin, and garlic to the chicken mix. I also added some slices of avocado between the layers---yum!! I don't know how Rachel originally made this in 30 minutes, how""

Reviewed Apple Fritters

"A real winner!! My family loved this recipe for breakfast. I did add a little more sugar to the batter and a little vanilla, however you could use less and top them with maple syrup. I took organic vanilla yogurt and added those glazed walnuts for a sauce topping. I also used apples instead of pears, but either one would have been good. I fried the fritters in batches and kept them warm in the oven. I used seven apples----made lots of fritters. Very easy and will make this recipe again.
