Superb and fun to make. It cost about $60 to make using high quality organic ingredients. The cake came out perfect and was absolutely delicious - it could stand alone or with other toppings. The flavor of the muscavado sugar was easily detectible and worth the expense. The goat milk also made a notable difference in the cajeta. I accidently!...
