Reviewed Herbed Roasted Mushrooms with Fried Egg
"This was the most unusual pizza I have ever made/tasted. I must admit, I was very hesitant at first about the fried egg but my hubby wanted to try it so I indulged him. I am so glad I did! It was such an unexpected surprise! We are actually making it again tonight for Valentine's dinner. This time we are going to use even more mushrooms (used only one package first time-using 2 this time and we are using 2 fried eggs. We could not locate Cremini mushrooms so we used baby bellas instead which i found to be a great substitute. Give this a try! I don't think you will be disappointed! :
