Reviewed Herb-Crusted Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream

"Excellent! I made this recipe for our Passover Seder main course and it was a hit! I used 2, 2lb (approx) Tri- Tip Cut roasts instead, but followed the recipe exactly otherwise and it came out delicious. 45 mins in oven w/ about 30 min of resting time. Everyone loved it, and it went very well w/ the horseradish cream. Thanks Sunny!"

Reviewed White Bean and Chicken Chili

"I made this last week for my Book Club dinner and my friends ate it up and asked for the recipe. I followed Giada's recipe exactly and it came out thick and hearty. But so healthy w/ the Chard and ground Chicken. Will definitely make this again! Served w/ homemade cornbread and simple romaine salad. "
