Excellent! I made this recipe for our Passover Seder main course and it was a hit! I used 2, 2lb (approx) Tri- Tip Cut roasts instead, but followed the recipe exactly otherwise and it came out delicious. 45 mins in oven w/ about 30 min of resting time. Everyone loved it, and it went very well w/ the horseradish cream. Thanks Sunny!"

Reviewed White Bean and Chicken Chili

I made this last week for my Book Club dinner and my friends ate it up and asked for the recipe. I followed Giada's recipe exactly and it came out thick and hearty. But so healthy w/ the Chard and ground Chicken. Will definitely make this again! Served w/ homemade cornbread and simple romaine salad. "
