Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

Any tips for baking this bread in an electric oven? Most anything we bake cooks much faster on the outside than on the inside and that makes for breads, cakes, and cookies that are too browned and crispy on the edges and outer layer without being fully cooked on the inside.

I haven't made this yet but it sounds amazing! I am assuming that the pumpkin seeds and almonds should be raw (and unsalted) as well since it's all being baked?
