We tried it just as the receipe stands and loved it, we've since tried differnet combinations of spices... cilantro, ginger, little less tamari, putting the wasabi with the tuna before cooking. I looked up other receipes for new spice combinations, but have kept the panko/sesame crust. My son makes this himself (13 yr) and it's a keeper for him...
