Ina never lets me down! I only had boneless chicken breasts so I diced them and tossed with flour and sauteed in a French Oven before the onions. I also used fat-free Half-n-Half for the stew and biscuits and it was still amazing. ""

This apple crisp was delicious! The topping was definitely too dry, next time I won't use as much flour. I ended up melting some butter and drizzling it over the top to fix the dryness. ""

Reviewed Real Meatballs and Spaghetti

Did anybody else find the nutmeg overpowering in this dish? I always trust Ina and I thought the nutmeg would be a nice twist, but it tasted out of place and madeit feel less authentic.
Also, I added 2 cans of tomatoes and I baked the meatballs on a rack for 15 minutes before I added them to the sauce. This helped keep the grease factor...
