"Thank you AGAIN, Giada! This has been added to our regular rotation because it is so easy, fresh and flavorful. Like many others, we hadn't cooked with fennel before, but it's fabulous in this recipe. We serve over garlic mashed potatoes or cheesy polenta. One tip: Definitely season each layer liberally with salt & pepper to make sure the end result isn't bland. And, don't leave anything out! From the lemon zest to the capers to the parsley, every ingredient shines.
