My Activity

Reviewed Grown Up Mac and Cheese

"This recipe was amazing. Macaroni and cheese has been a favorite food of mine since childhood and I love to class it up. I added extra bacon, because you can never have to much bacon. At first I was hesitant to splurge on Gruyere, but it made the dish and I am so glad I used it. I will be making this over and over and over again!"

"This recipe was completely amazing. I love the flavors and how it turned out. I added extra curry and good amount extra of the fish sauce. I will definitely be remaking this! :D"

Reviewed Crispy Crab Cakes

"I LOVE these crab cakes. They are honestly probably in my top 5 favorite foods ever. I've made this recipe several times now and they just keep getting better. "I love this recipe. It is sweet and tangy, but lets the salmon shine. I've made it several times already; once on very short notice. It is simple and fast. I like this glaze so much I am starting to think up other things to put it on!"

Reviewed Wonton Soup

"I thought his recipe was a great starting point for wonton soup. I did find the soup broth to be just a tad bit bland as I was tasting it while cooking. I decided to add a little soy sauce and fish sauce and it turned out amazing. It did take some time to make this dish but it was well worth it. I've already shared the recipe with friends and "

Favorite Foods

I love pretty much all food; but if I HAD to pick favorites they would be: Crab legs, Macaroni & Cheese and Sushi.  These three are also my favorite things to cook and reinvent.  I'm always trying new recipes and changing up old ones.  I'd say the dish I am most known for is my meatballs.  I've made them for most people I know and they've never failed to deliver.  Hmm great now I'm hungry...off to the kitchen!
