This recipe was amazing. Macaroni and cheese has been a favorite food of mine since childhood and I love to class it up. I added extra bacon, because you can never have to much bacon. At first I was hesitant to splurge on Gruyere, but it made the dish and I am so glad I used it. I will be making this over and over and over again!"
