Loved the dressing. After reading the reviews, I cut mustard back to 1 tablespoon. I subbed anchovy paste because it was easier and it turned out great. The croutons are a must! Just delish!

Oh my goodness! This was an unexpected mix of flavors that I absolutely loved. I worried about not cooking the sauce but it seemed so fresh when prepared this way! The smoked almonds were wonderful and I almost didn't put them in as I don't used almonds much when I cook. The filet was an amazing touch, especially with the Herbes de Provence. Great"

I absolutely adore this recipe! I have made it several times this summer and consider it a staple for cook outs. The dressing is wonderful and I agree you should make a little extra. The salad is perfect as is but I may try adding some grape tomatoes and crisp bacon sometime. I have also subbed feta and it was great. I was wondering about the calo"
