"I made these for a party at home and they were a big hit! They disappeared so quick- everyone loved them. They are easy to make and you can prepare it ahead of time for a party- all you need to do is slice and bake it at the time of serving. I used store bought pesto so it made my job easier and used feta cheese instead of goat cheese. Its definitely a keeper! "

I have re-discovered cooking in the past 2 yrs of being a home-maker. I love to bake and try new things. I am a vegetarian so i try to edit recipes to make them vegetarian!
