Reviewed Asian Grilled Salmon

Dec 21, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is so yummy. I've made this for several people who said they didn't like salmon, and they all raved about it. This is a very quick and simple recipe, so its good for weeknight dinners.

Reviewed Roasted Tomato Soup

Dec 21, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is a very good, classic tomato soup recipe. Homemade is so much better than the canned stuff, and it really does not take much time or effort. My tomato-hating boyfriend eats this and loves it. I like to pair it with tomato, basil, and mozzarella sandwiches - SO GOOD! I usually make this recipe using a large can of San Marzano tomatoes in...

Reviewed Tony's Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce

Dec 21, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These are the best chicken tenders! I had them before I became a vegetarian, and I remember that they were really good. My family raved about them and said they were better than any restaurant chicken tenders they had ever had. The sauce was also very good - honey mustard with chicken fingers is a must have!

Reviewed Coconut Fried Shrimp with Dipping Sauce

Dec 21, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These are so good!! My family loves them. They are a little messy and time consuming to make, but well worth it. I really like the dipping sauce too - it's a perfect compliment.

Reviewed Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is such a good recipe, and it is so quick and easy. You can make the entire recipe in the mircowave in just a few minutes. Its a no-brainer. I like to serve it with toasted pita bread wedges, or in a bread bowl. Yum!

Reviewed Bourbon Pecan Pie: aka Douglas' Dark Rum Pecan Pie

Dec 21, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Like many of the other reviews have pointed out, it was necessary to bake this for longer than the recipe stated. My family liked this recipe, but I'm going to keep looking for 'the one.'

Reviewed Creamed Spinach

Dec 21, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Great recipe. If it is your first time making this recipe, I suggest reducing the amount of red pepper flakes by half. I like things on the spicy side, but the spice might be too much for some people. People can always add more to suit their own tastes. This is my favorite spinach recipe, and it is very simple to make. I also like that this recipe...

Reviewed Sourdough Bread Stuffing

Dec 21, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made this stuffing for Thanksgiving, and everyone loved it. I used some pumpernickel in addition to the sourdough bread, which made it nice and colorful. I also substituted veggie broth for the chicken broth to make it vegetarian friendly. I like the idea of cutting the bread into larger peices, because it helps the stuffing stay moist and people...
