Simple. My go-to grilled veggie side during the summer months. You can use the same recipe and the throw the veggies on top of the stove and saute them during the winter. Takes good as well. Don't cut your veggies too thin. They won't be mushy.

I made this as the appetizer for my Christmas party this week. It was delicious and everyone loved it. Its very simple and has a very distinct taste that people enjoy. I added just a bit of red pepper flake for some kick. I will be making this again for Christmas Eve.
