Reviewed Marinated Zucchini and Summer Squash
"Simple. My go-to grilled veggie side during the summer months. You can use the same recipe and the throw the veggies on top of the stove and saute them during the winter. Takes good as well. Don't cut your veggies too thin. They won't be mushy.
"I have made this recipe many times over the last couple of years. I'm not a vegetarian, but sometimes I'm not in the mood for meat and I love portobellos. Its very simple. The flavors of the mushroom and the Rosemary go well together. And the Roasted Red Pepper paste is a good recipe to keep in your back pocket. Its a good spread for most any sandwich and doesn't much more than that random gar of Roasted Red Peppers sitting in your cabinet.
"This recipe is so simple. You just throw everything in to the pan, toss it around for an even coating, and roast. It tastes like you've done much more. Delicious.
Reviewed Pea Pesto Crostini
"I made this as the appetizer for my Christmas party this week. It was delicious and everyone loved it. Its very simple and has a very distinct taste that people enjoy. I added just a bit of red pepper flake for some kick. I will be making this again for Christmas Eve.
