Reviewed Fusilli with Sausage, Artichokes, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

I know this recipe off by heart and make it regularly. I use penne instead of fusilli. I also eyeball the garlic, herbs and tomatoes. I figure you can never have too much of a good thing!
