"YUM this was so good, I did change a few things : Didn't make the 'Essence' so I just added dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and S&P to the flour then later on I cooked Orecchiette pasta in the sauce and added just a splash of heavy cream to thicken it a bit and wow... amazed my boyfriend :) great recipe!""

"delicious!! I sliced 1 very large zucchini on the diagonal to get large ovals, quartered 2 red bell peppers and added mushrooms and grape tomatoes grilled on skewers. fantastic presentation when put all together, the dressing is SO DIVINE. Made it a fabulous meal with a nice steak marinated in garlic, olive oil and red wine vinegar mmm mmm mmmm! w"

I'm a free-spirited person who's creative, positive, and loves the outdoors. I spend most of my time in my garden or in the kitchen where I belong! I LOVE to cook for everyone dear to me. I believe food (and wine :) ) is the root of all happy families and friendships. I'm pretty sure, instead of blood, a mixture of olive oil, basil, garlic and parmesan runs through my veins.
