"YUM this was so good, I did change a few things : Didn't make the 'Essence' so I just added dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and S&P to the flour then later on I cooked Orecchiette pasta in the sauce and added just a splash of heavy cream to thicken it a bit and wow... amazed my boyfriend :) great recipe!""

I sliced 1 very large zucchini on the diagonal to get large ovals, quartered 2 red bell peppers and added mushrooms and grape tomatoes grilled on skewers. fantastic presentation when put all together, the dressing is SO DIVINE.
