Reviewed Macaroni and Cheese
"This has to be the best mac & cheese recipe ever! I made it for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner for two. I cut the recipe in half and put it in an 8"x8" pyrex casserole dish. If you let it cool off for 20 minutes, it isn't soupy. The blend of the 3 cheeses makes the taste sublime. I did put in a little ham, too.
