Reviewed Perfect Popcorn
"This recipe does make the perfect popcorn. The ratios are just right.
I added some smashed garlic to the butter and salt and pepper...heaven...except for the crumby movie. :)"
Reviewed Israeli Couscous with Apples, Cranberries and Herbs
"Love this recipe. I was lucky to have ingredients on hand to be able to make it. Quick and easy. Combination of herbs and textures make it even better than I thought it would be.
This would be a great and different side dish to serve for the holidays. Thank you Giada."
"Not a fan of this dish. Found the potatoes and the pasta a bit of carb overload. Maybe searing the fish first would have helped. Could have used a less expensive type of fish, since I think it was not worthy of the sea bass.
Sorry Bobby, but I think this was a miss...but I do love you...."
Reviewed Raspberry Tiramisu
"I just made this tiramisu for my family for our Mothers' Day dinner. It was fantastic and everyone raved about it.
I made one change in that I increased the raspberry jam to 1 1/2 cups and 6 Tablespoons of Grand Marnier. On top of being so good...it was easy and quick to make.
Thank you Giada for another fantastic recipe."

Reviewed Chicken and Egg Soup with Pastina
"I love this soup. I also used a rotisserie chicken baked from the store and threw the whole thing in! The flavor is wonderful.
Also, I used only Kitchen Basics Chicken broth instead of water and I think it added to the soup. Used 9 cups of broth and would recommend using a bit more pastina. Adjust the rest of the ingredients accordingly.
You can also use dry dill if you don't have fresh, but don't over do it. Great recipe. Thanks!
