I dont understand how people can rate this anything but stellar. For the person who said the couscous turned out like "slop" you've obviously done something very wrong, or not followed the directions at all. This recipe is fabulous if followed properly. I've been making it probably once every two weeks or so for my family for the past three years-"

I am not going to rate this, as I did not follow the recipe completely. I left out the cheese, but I did find these fritters to be dry and lacking in flavor. They were cakey, like more of a pancake than a fritter. I think next time I will add sugar or honey, as I was expecting it to be a little sweeter."

These didnt work for me at all. The curry was overpowering in the meat mixture, and it is all I could smell and taste. Also, the empanadas didnt brown up like I expected them to, and they were pretty tough to bite through. I think they would have been better if I had fried them, but I try to stay away from deep fried foods, so I thought I would try...
