I thought it was excellent. Just like takeout as a previous reviewer mentioned. I was concerned...but it was a hit! If you love chinese food, this is an awesome and easy dish to prepare. I would personally add red pepper flakes next time. I found the wok oil labeled as "stir fry oil" under the name brand, "Hokan", in my local publix grocery store...

All I can say is that the flavors of the stuffing were just a flavor in my mouth!!! This recipe is AWESOME. I like spicier food so i would definitely use more poblano peppers next time.
