Delicious dish. The chicken was moist and flavorful and everyone loved the glaze, especially served as a topper on the chicken. Loved the dish. I made it as a side for Christmas dinner along with Damaris' Chicken with Bourbon Pear Sauce. After reading some of th reviews I was hesitant to use the full amount of curry, so I added 1/4 of a teaspoon at a time until I was happy with the flavor. I ended up using 1 and 1/2 teaspoons which gave the dish some subtle curry notes...

Fantastic! This recipe really lends itself to letting put your own twist on it. You can follow it exactly or swap out ingredients that you already have. I've used ground turkey and it's still delicious. If you have extra stuffing, as I often do, you can mix it up with beans and make burritos or nacho toppings!""
