I agree that it was quite salty (I used sea salt but my friends raved! Great gluten-free treat, very filling - a little goes a long way! We took it on a boat trip in travel cups in a cooler & it was cool and refreshing on a hot and humid day. Am making it again for a small dinner party - will use less salt - and serving in cordial glasses garnishe"
