My husband and I both enjoyed this. I followed the advice of previous reviewers and cut back to one lemon, although I did throw the lemon rind into the pasta water to help flavor the pasta. We added sweet red peppers and peas too. Next time I think I will cut back on the garlic and hot pepper flakes, a little too spicy for us.

Yum! This was very moist and flavorful. I did follow other reviewers and cut back the salt. I also lowered to 275 and kept it in an extra half hour. This will be my new go to recipe for brisket""
