Reviewed Mac and Cheddar Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli
"This is a good light recipe. Children will love it! The only thing I did different was I boiled the chicken ahead of time and added it into the pasta as a shredded chicken instead of cutting the chicken up and sauteeing it. The sauce isn't that creamy and rich but is perfect for a light meal. A lot of times when making macaroni and cheese recipes they tend to be too heavy. This recipe is perfect.
