I don't give 5 stars easily but this recipe is amazing! As I'm a gluten-free girl I substituted the regular flour for almond flour. Delicious!!! So glad I turned on the TV this morning just in time to see Trisha make these!"

I will admit that I added more ginger and more lime juice to the poaching liquid and when I reserved the extra liquid to make the sauce I added LOTS of lime zest. I zested two whole limes....

This recipe couldn't be easier or tastier! It turned out perfectly the very first time. It's really important to let the jam mixture cool to room temperature because as it cools it really thickens up and that's key to keeping the filling from seeping out through the edges.
