"My sweetie and I love deep fried anything but he can't handle the grease anymore and neither of us need the extra fat so I am replacing our favorites with oven fried recipes. These are perfect and he loved them !! His exact words were "Hey!! These are really good!! They taste just like deep fried!!"I didn't use nearly as much oil but did make sure they were well coated and salted and turned them half way through the cooking time to make sure they were crisp.
