Reviewed meat loaf

So, I LOVE Ina, but this recipe was no good. I only used 2 onions, and 3lbs of chuck, and it was still more like 'onion loaf' than meat loaf. Also...the recipe says 325 but the video says 350. I cooked it at 325 and it took about 2 hours to get all the way done in the middle...The flavor was great, but I was on a time crunch and I failed!

Get rid of the tequila and it's perfect! Most bars don't use tequila because the taste is too overwhelming. I actually just substitute good store-bought lemonade for the lemon juice/sugar syrup and it works every time!"

I LOVE Ina. I most likely am her biggest fan. BUT, as a self-proclaimed risotto expert, I wasn't completely impressed (if not worried) when I pulled the pot from the oven.
