My Activity

Reviewed Chef Anne's All-Purpose Pasta Dough

"I loved how this pasta tasted. Although it took me almost all day to make it. Just do not let it sit out uncovered too long. It will become stale kind of fast. Your my favorite tv chef Anne. Just keep doing what you do.""

Reviewed Easy BBQ Short Ribs

"These ribs are wonderful. I made them for my family and everyone loved them, Including my mother who has never met a rib she liked until this one. But there is a lot of leftover barbecue sauce so we just save it and use it the next time we grill out of bake something with barbecue sauce. Thank you Sunny.

About Me

My name is Matthew Wilbanks. I've loved too cook ever since I was about 10. I aspire to someday be a chef. My idol is Anne Burrell. I would love to have a job in her resturant someday.

Favorite Foods

I love any food that is a challenge too cook. I love to grow in my knowledge of all things food related. One of my best dishes are my slow baked barbecue ribs. My favorite resturant that I've eat in(and that's not very many) is probably The Acropolis. It is a greek inspired retaurant in Chattanooga Tennessee. I live in the Northeastern area of Alabama and we are about an hour away but it is worth the drive. They probably have some of the best desserts in the South. I highly recomend The Acropolis to anyone who enjoys Greek or any other Mediterranean inspired food.
