My Activity

Reviewed Tropical Breakfast Parfait

"My wife loves yogurt. I don't. I've tried all different kinds and have never been able to enjoy it. That is, until now. My wife and I are on the Maker's Diet. We're in the first stage and we can enjoy fruit and yogurt. I bit the bullet and made this for us and she loved it. In fact, she wanted more! I actually enjoyed it as well. For those of you who, like me, don't necessarily care for yogurt, this is a way to go to enjoy it!

Reviewed Dry Rubbed London Broil

"Do NOT do this to a good piece of meat! It was nasty with a capital N!

Reviewed Sauteed Broccoli

"We really enjoyed it. It had a lot of flavor and was a hit with the family. The only thing I'd do is cut back on the salt a bit. It was a little too salty.

Reviewed Frittata with Peaches and Cherries

"This was great. I used fresh strawberries, blackberries, and goat-milk (which has a much better taste than cow milk). I actually cut back a bit on the sugar because of the natural sweetness of the fruit and we loved it! This has become a steady favorite for breakfast.

Reviewed Bobby's Baked Tilapia

"This was fantastic! I actually made this during my lunch break and my wife and I loved it. It's definitely going into my permanent recipe box!
