Reviewed 3-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese
"The prep time for this recipe was rediculously quick! The cook time, just as fast. The next thing I knew...I had Mac & Cheese and was cleaning up!

Tired from crappy restaurant service and eating at the same places week after week, month after month, I've decided to take control of my kitchen and put it to use. Plus, with a wife, a 16 month old daughter, and number two on the way (which is a boy), eating at home is cheaper than eating at any restaurant.
Anything except trout (fish), tripe (cow stomach lining), and tentacles (octopus). I'm open to new foods and cuisines, but will not be another Anthony Zimmerman and partake in eating bugs, worms, snakes, duck eggs, and scorpions. I like my foods simple, but tasty. Fast prep and cook times are important as I'm a busy professional male who's always on the go go go. :)
