Very delicious!! My family is not big pork eaters and my husband pretty much won't eat it, but he tried it and said I could add it to my repertiore because it was flavorful. The only thing I did wrong which I think would only add to it was my oil was not hot enough so there wasn't a great sear on the meat so next time I will let it heat more and wait...
