“I've tried this recipe several times; I'm no stranger to bread baking. Adding the yeast to the flour makes for rolls that NEVER rise, no matter what. I'm betting that activating the yeast in liquid might make for better results. But as the recipe is written, it's a recipe for failure.
I also think the cream cheese/powdered sugar frosting...”
