“Fantastic recipe! I used one large shallot and a small yellow onion b/c I had no purple onion on hand. I only used a 1/2 tsp salt and it was perfect. I'd never made homemade polenta before this, but I can say it beats the packaged kind by a landslide.
I topped it with a simple tomato, garlic, & basil sauce. Could not be better."”
