I wondered about the temp being at 325... but that's what I did and added additional baking time. I didn't use all the frosting, too much took away from the actual cupcake flav""

"The cake was very good. I agree with another review about the icing being too soft. Even after refrigeration it gets soft quickly. I would definitely make it again adding a little more confectioners sugar to thicken the frosting. Thanks for sharing Anne"
