Excellent... I used 1/2 Arbol & 1/2 New Mexico chiles in our recipe. Didn't need any water at all, perfect consistency for us.

I'm pretty fickle in that I can like a recipe but then never make it again. This one however, I've made at least half a dozen times, with the entire family finishing it off without fail. The range of flavors in this one is amazing. Must try!
