Reviewed Broiled Zucchini and Potatoes with Parmesan Crust

"I did not like this at all. I think in the episode she cut everything into smaller bits but this recipe does not state that. Without the exposed surface area of the potatoes and zucchini, everything was underseasoned. Potatoes and zucchini were also under cooked, probably because they were in big pieces. I have other recipes to prepare zucchin"

Reviewed Lemon Chicken Breasts

"It could have been a bit more lemony for my taste. I added some slice onions to the bottom of the dish too. It was easy as easy dish to make."

Reviewed Maple-Roast Parsnips

"I think I left this in the oven about 45 minutes. I mixed in carrots too. I had some grade A maple syrup on hand which didn't make it seem like I was eating breakfast. Just yummy."

Reviewed Easy Cranberry and Apple Cake

"I, too, like cranberries, however 12 oz was way too much in relation to the amount of apple. The downside to reducing the cranberries would be there wouldn't be as much juice at the bottom. I'll have to try it though. The cake was easy to put together. I thought the cake itself was on the sweet side. This cake may be better prepared if you put 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar in the cake batter and 1/2 cup of white sugar on the fruit. If you don't have cranberries, I think apple and raspberry would be good here. "
