About Me
53 year old househusband, chief cook and bottlewasher and grocery shopper. Work full time in jet engine field. Amateur baker. Enjoy cooking items that aren't too fancy so I can nuke them at work for my evening meal. (I work 3:30pm until midnight)
Favorite Foods
Pasta dishes with cream sauces rather than red sauces. Now learning casseroles and slow cooking methods. Love beef and pork and am rather fond of most fish EXCEPT catfish. (Tastes like wet dust to me.) Have a new found love of things lemon! Hated lemon most of my life. Crab, shrimp and lobster are all favorites of mine.Advertisement
