"Delish! Couldn't help myself, had to make a few changes. Added some grated parmesan to the white sauce, used all sorts of mushrooms (cremini, shitake, etc.), and added thyme and white wine to the mushrooms. Oh and a touch of gruyere cheese in between the layers. This is a keeper!""
