Reviewed Orzo with Roasted Vegetables

"To millingtonjason: please review the recipe not the chef.

This recipe is awesome. Roast the veggies in advance, refrigerate overnight if desired. I added zucchini as well as mushrooms to the eggplant, peppers and onions. I omitted the feta, but look forward to trying next time.

One of my "go- to " crowd pleasng summertime dishes!"

Reviewed Szechuan Noodles

"This is one of my "go to" dishes when I have crowds of people over in the summer. Super easy (although sooooo many ingredients go into that food processor....) make the sauce ahead, chop veggies and at last minute, cook the pasta and toss. You can add grilled shrimp or bite size pieces of chicken or salmon. My 19 year old son always asks for this when he's home!"

Reviewed Mixed Berry Pavlova

"I was so looking forward to making Ina's Pavlova. What a huge disappointment (and waste of 2.5 hours of oven time! Meringue wasn't cooked and it was runny on the edges...we tried to salvage it and thought it was sickly sweet. I wish I had reviewed the recipe here prior to making, but I followed her recipe the old fashioned way---from her book, LOL!
