,,This is an amazing recipe.Its has alot of flavor and now a family favorite. I didnt use parsnips or the shallots. Only few things I added was onion, chives and paprika. Also, roasted for 2 hours we like our chicken very well done. Seem alittle too runny for 1.5 hour cook time.

This is a great light soup. It was super easy to make in my blender. I didn't use scallions in this soup I used green onion instead. The only thing I would suggest when using a blender I would cut up the cucumber smaller than 2 inch. Had alittle issue getting them to blend this first time around. I made these cookies yesterday for some friends. Every single ones went in mins. I use the suggestion for the milk and I put in alittle maple extract. The dough looked too dry without the milk. They are really yummy!
