Reviewed Cold Cucumber-Avocado Soup

"This is a great light soup. It was super easy to make in my blender. I didn't use scallions in this soup I used green onion instead. The only thing I would suggest when using a blender I would cut up the cucumber smaller than 2 inch. Had alittle issue getting them to blend this first time around. Reviewed Cold Cucumber Salad

"My family says this recipe is finger licking good. Going to keep this recipe for future use. This dish would make a good summer salad. I added garlic power and parsley to add some more flavor. This recipe was a big hit around my house!"

Reviewed Classic Chocolate Cookies

"I made these cookies yesterday for some friends. Every single ones went in mins. I use the suggestion for the milk and I put in alittle maple extract. The dough looked too dry without the milk. They are really yummy!

Reviewed Homemade Gravy

"I use this recipe today with pork chops for dinner. It was so yummy. Only thing I added were parsley flakes and garlic salt. Replaced chicken broth with beef and used a capful of brandy extract instead of using cognac. Its a great recipe for beginner! I am horrible at making sauces and gravies and it came out so perfect. Do brown the onions all the way has an awesome flavor no spice could come close too! This recipe is going in my recipe box!
