About Me

Personal chef & caterer of M.U.M. (Marlene's Ultimate Meals). Cooking is my passion and when I am not cooking I feel lost. It gives pleasure to show people who I am through my food. I learned at a very young age how food affects people and the joy you can give through what you serve. I am most famous for my salsa as well as my authentic mexican dishes which are my kids favorites ie: chicken enchiladas, beef tacos and pork chili verde. I enjoy cooking various ethnic foods. I believe in putting my own little touch to each and every recipe I come across. One of my biggest pet peeves is a dirty kitchen. I cannot start cooking unless the sink is empty, counters, cook top, cutting boards and knives are clean. It's just who I am, ask my partner she'll tell you!!!!!
